OC Romance Meme

Yeah, I just looked at this template the other day, and was all "I haven't drawn in a long time. I should do this." So I used Baxter and Mooshi.

But I think some explanations are necessary.

Baxter is a bard, and Mooshi is a shapeshifting slime thing that was created by a very powerful (and probably evil) mage for use as a weapon against his brother, whom he is at war with. When Mooshi and Baxter first meet, they are ENEMIES.

Panel 7- This isn't actually when they fell in love, but it bears the most resemblance to their first meeting. The cookie jar, the Mooshi-snake, and freaked-out Baxter were all involved, anyhow.

Panel 9- Gwenna is another bard. She is two years older than Baxter, plays the lyre, and is a rabid fangirl of Baxter's former-bard father. He had been crushing on her forever, despite the fact that she only ever really considered him a little brother. She probably never even realized how he felt.

Panel 14- That's Mooshi's creator and ex-boss, Morgano the Blood Mage. Before any of you fangirls get excited by his angsty ponytail-ness, I'd like to mention that it's an ILLUSION and he's really an extremely old, wrinkly guy. He's just vain. XD

Panel 15- Haha. Really lame reference to this [link] deviation, in which NaKaranth is subjected to the ungodly horror of a pet meme.
